WHY RODGERSPC EXISTS.

Real answers in a
tech world full of noise.

RodgersPC exists to remove confusion from technology—not add to it. We built this business after seeing too many people upsold, misled, or scared into spending money they didn’t need to spend.

Computers don’t require fear tactics. They require honesty, experience, and clear communication.

If something can be fixed, we’ll tell you.
If something isn’t worth fixing, we’ll tell you.

OUR PROMISE TO BELL COUNTY

Real answers. No pressure.

Real answers in a tech world full of noise.

RodgersPC exists to remove confusion from technology — not add to it. If something works, we recommend it. If something doesn’t, we won’t.

Local. Loyal. Wired Different.

That’s not a slogan. It’s how we operate — every day.

Everything RodgersPC recommends comes from real-world bench experience — not corporate scripts or commission targets.

We believe in:

  • Plain English, not tech talk nobody understands
  • Fixing what makes sense
  • Saving customers money when possible
  • Treating people the way we want our own families treated (the ones you like)

This same promise is what led us to build the RodgersPC Help Hub — free knowledge for the community, no catch.

No sales scripts. No pressure. Just the truth.

THE PERSON BEHIND RODGERSPC.

Meet Joshua Rodgers.

Joshua started RodgersPC with a simple goal: help people without confusing them, pressuring them, or taking advantage of them.

Before RodgersPC , Joshua spent years working inside homes as a cable and internet technician — setting up networks, troubleshooting systems, and helping everyday people deal with technology that was already overwhelming. That experience showed him how often customers were left frustrated, oversold, or talked down to when all they really needed was honest help.

What began as a weekend project quickly grew into something more — not because of marketing or sales tactics, but because people trusted the way Joshua worked.

He believes technology should work for people, not intimidate them. That belief shapes every repair, recommendation, and conversation at RodgersPC .

This isn’t a volume-driven shop focused on quotas or upsells. It’s a relationship-driven business built on patience, clarity, and trust.

OUR JOURNEY.

Built one step at a time.

01 / 2021

The garage.

A weekend project, $500, and a two-car garage. The workspace grew piece by piece. Repairs came first. Helping people came before branding.

02 / GETTING SEEN

Trust, face to face.

Weekends at the Belton Flea Market helped customers meet the person doing the work. Custom builds, computer sales, and community relationships followed.

03 / GROWING ROOTS

Word of mouth.

Referrals became regulars. RodgersPC spent nearly three years at Sparta Plaza, 508 Sparta Rd, building a business through honest work and relationships.

04 / TODAY

A place to belong.

Now at 511 Lake Rd, Suite 104, the shop is visible and ready to welcome you. Real diagnostics, honest repairs, and no shortcuts remain the foundation.

OUR JOURNEY IN BELL COUNTY · CHAPTER 1

The garage

2021 — The Garage

RodgersPC was born

Where it all began — no shortcuts.

Rodgers PC started as a weekend side project in 2021 with $500 and a two-car garage — not a business plan, not investors, and not a storefront.

The garage was converted into a real workspace piece by piece. Walls were built and insulated. The attic was insulated. Heaters ran through the winter. Air conditioners fought the Texas heat in the summer. It was uncomfortable, loud, and far from perfect — but the work was real.

Repairs came first. Not sales. Helping people came before branding.

Many customers were confused by the residential address, and some chose not to move forward because it didn’t “look like a real business.” That hurt — but it also shaped what Rodgers PC would become.

That garage set the foundation for everything that followed: honest repairs, straight answers, and doing the job right even when no one was watching.

Built on honesty, not appearance.

That foundation still guides every repair, recommendation, and decision we make today.

OUR JOURNEY IN BELL COUNTY · CHAPTER 2

Trust, face to face

Getting Seen

Stepping Into the Public

Trust had to be earned face to face.

As Rodgers PC grew, the residential location became a real obstacle. People wanted help — but many hesitated when the address didn’t look like a “real business.”

To remove that barrier, RodgersPC stepped into the Belton Flea Market.

Weekends were spent meeting customers in person, answering questions, and doing repairs out in the open. It wasn’t about volume — it was about visibility and trust.

The flea market also introduced sales for the first time. Custom PCs were built. Inventory was sourced through auctions not available to the public. Proper licensing was obtained by proving Rodgers PC was a legitimate operation.

It wasn’t glamorous. But it was real, and it worked.

Credibility is built, not claimed.

Being visible and accountable changed everything

— and prepared us for the next step.

OUR JOURNEY IN BELL COUNTY · CHAPTER 3

Growth & community

Growth & Community

Sales, service, and relationships.

Word of mouth built everything.

As Rodgers PC became more visible, growth followed naturally — not through ads or hype, but through trust.

Custom gaming PCs were built for customers who wanted something better than big-box options. Inventory was sourced through auctions not available to the public, allowing quality systems to be sold at fair prices. The business side matured — licensing, sourcing, and processes all tightened up.

At the same time, Rodgers PC joined Bell County Business Group , a local networking group that meets weekly in Belton. What started as a small group of around 20 businesses has grown to over 70 — and those relationships helped Rodgers PC become known across the county.

Referrals turned into regulars. Regulars turned into community.

Growth earned through trust.

Relationships — not marketing

— became the backbone of the business.

Today & what’s next

Today & What’s Next

Rooted in Belton. Built to last.

From hidden shop to established location.

RodgersPC operated out of Sparta Plaza at 508 Sparta Rd in Belton for nearly three years — building a real business in a place most people never saw.

Tucked behind other buildings and away from the main road, that location wasn’t ideal for visibility — but it didn’t stop the work. Customers who found us stayed. Word spread. The foundation got stronger.

That season mattered. It proved everything.

Now, Rodgers PC has moved into a location that matches who we are.

Visible. Professional. Built for customers to walk in and feel confident from the start.

The difference is immediate: People can find us. They trust what they see. And they’re coming in.

What hasn’t changed is how the work is done:

Real diagnostics | Honest repairs | No shortcuts

Faith-guided. Community-focused.

Trusting God to lead the next step

— just like every step before.

KINDNESS IN OUR WORK.

FAITH-GUIDED. COMMUNITY-FOCUSED.

Take a Bible.
Take hope.

Faith is part of the foundation of RodgersPC—and part of why we believe every person deserves patience, honesty, and care.

RodgersPC offers free Bibles, devotionals, and faith resources to customers—quietly available, always visible, never pushed.

You don’t have to believe like we do to do business here. We believe in treating people the way we want our families treated.
