What This Service Is — and What It Isn’t

Our consult and setup services are designed for clear, achievable tasks, not long-term projects or extended training.

We are not a consulting firm that sits on-site for days or weeks, and we don’t provide classroom-style training or lessons. When deeper education is needed, that’s exactly why we built our Help Hub — to give customers guides, tutorials, and decision-making resources without running up service time.
Consult & Setup is about direction and execution — not long-term instruction.

Short, Focused Visits — Not Long Projects

Some setups are best handled on-site, such as home or office installations, printer connections, or workstation placement. On-site setup is available for short, focused tasks and is scheduled intentionally.

We do not provide extended on-site projects, full office redesigns, or hours-long training sessions.
On-site setup is for getting things working — not ongoing projects.
