We are not a dedicated printer repair shop, but we do assist with printer setup, connectivity issues, and everyday problems on a case-by-case basis. If a printer issue is better handled by a specialty shop, we’ll be honest and refer you — including to Jonnies Printers in Temple, the local printer shop we trust.

For Wi-Fi, we do handle diagnostics, improvements, and new installations when they make sense.
If it’s something we shouldn’t tackle, we’ll tell you — and point you in the right direction.
Remote First, On-Site When Needed
When printer issues can be resolved remotely, we start there. This includes driver problems, network connection issues, and basic setup or re-connection.
If remote service doesn’t solve the issue, we can schedule on-site help for setup or troubleshooting when appropriate.
We try the fastest, least disruptive option first.

We install and configure new Wi-Fi networks, including mesh systems, to improve coverage where it’s needed most. We also help make non-wireless computers wireless by installing PCI cards or USB Wi-Fi and Bluetooth adapters when appropriate.
The goal is usable, consistent coverage — not overkill hardware.
