Help That Fits Your Situation

Not every issue requires a trip to the shop — and not every job should be done in the field. RodgersPC offers remote support, local pickup & drop-off, and limited on-site appointments to help customers who can’t easily make it to us. Each option is designed to get the job done the right way, without shortcuts or guesswork.

The goal is simple: solve the problem correctly,not conveniently at your expense.

The Right Job, in the Right Place

  • Some work requires full tools, bench systems, and extended time. When that’s the case, the work belongs in the shop — and we’ll tell you that upfront. We don’t force on-site or remote service when in-shop service is the correct solution.

If it needs to be done in the shop, we’ll explain why and handle it properly.

Fast, Secure, and Easy

Many issues can be resolved without leaving home. RodgersPC Remote Support uses our RodgersPC SOS system, available directly from the navigation menu on our website. Choose Windows or Mac, download and open the file, and you’ll receive a one-time 9-digit code to share with us. Access is secure, temporary, and automatically ends when the session is complete.

This often saves time, money, and an unnecessary trip to the shop.

Not a Mobile Repair Shop

RodgersPC does not operate a mobile repair shop or mobile crew. Instead, we offer local pickup & drop-off so work can be completed properly in the shop with full access to tools, diagnostics, and bench systems.

This ensures work is done correctly — not rushed or limited by the field.

Focused, Scheduled, and Purpose-Built

  • On-site service is available by appointment only, typically on Saturdays after the shop closes at 1 PM. On-site visits are limited to short, focused tasks such as small office or home office support, cable management, printer setup when remote install isn’t possible, consultations, installs, and basic setups.

  • On-site service is not used for extended troubleshooting, data recovery, major repairs, or custom PC builds.

On-site service is for convenience — not work that requires the shop.

Convenience Shouldn’t Mean Cutting Corners

Remote and on-site services exist to make things easier — not to lower the quality of the work. Some issues are perfect for remote help, some benefit from on-site assistance, and others must be handled in the shop to protect your system and your data.

Choosing the right service prevents bigger problems later.
